Revenue from operations reached ₹532.6 crore, marking a 42% year-over-year (YoY) increase and a substantial 30% rise from the previous quarter. The company’s EBITDA skyrocketed to ₹41.2 crore, reflecting a 179% increase YoY and a dramatic 190% surge from Q1 FY25. Notably, Meghmani Organics’ net profit for the quarter turned positive at ₹8.6 crore, contrasting with a net loss in previous quarters, highlighting its turnaround strategy in the industry.

Q2 FY25 Financial Highlights

In its second quarter financial disclosure, MOL revealed that remains its dominant segment, generating 75% of its total revenue. This division reported a revenue of ₹397.7 crore, up by 50% YoY, with an EBITDA of ₹43.2 crore, up by 75%. The segment contributed 25% of the total revenue, with earnings of ₹134.9 crore, reflecting a 23% increase YoY and an exceptional 268% YoY rise in EBITDA.

MOL’s Chairman and Managing Director, , attributed the robust growth to a strong recovery in demand, which drove volumes in both segments. Patel noted that while price realizations have remained flat across markets, the ongoing demand recovery is expected to positively impact pricing trends. Patel emphasized MOL’s strategic approach to product efficacy, particularly in the Crop Nutrition segment, where “extensive field activities with farmers” are expected to boost product adoption.

MOL continues to cement its position as a leading player in the Indian and global chemicals industry, specifically within Phthalocyanine-based pigments and pesticides. The company, among the top three global Phthalocyanine pigment producers, holds an 8% global market share in this segment. It is also among India’s top-10 pesticide manufacturers, operating across the entire value chain, with a global presence in over 75 countries.

Meghmani Organics has built a robust distribution network, boasting over 3,500 distributors and dealers in India alone, as well as a customer base spanning 400 companies across various industries. The company garners 80% of its revenue from exports, a testament to its extensive international reach.
