Marsh McLennan Agency acquires Chicago-based CS Insurance Strategies

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), a subsidiary of global insurance broker and risk advisor Marsh, has acquired CS Insurance Strategies, a Chicago-based insurance agency for an undisclosed price.

CS Insurance Strategies was established in 2009. The insurance brokerage offers business insurance, employee health and benefits, and risk management consulting services.

It caters to organizations of all sizes in the US.

The clients of CS Insurance Strategies are said to span across all industries. The insurance agency, which has a workforce of 10 people, has specialized expertise in non-profit, municipal, and minority-owned businesses.
