Mahindra Lifespace to launch joint development project in Dahisar East

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. said that it has finalized the terms for initiating a joint development on a 4.8-acre land parcel located in Dahisar East in Mumbai.

According to the real estate business of Mahindra Group, the land parcel is situated strategically on the Western Express Highway.

The joint development will be the maiden project for Mahindra Lifespace Developers in Dahisar and will provide about five lakh sft of carpet space.

Earlier this year, the Indian residential property developer had acquired approximately 3.2 acres of land in Pimpri, Pune.
