MAG Aerospace acquires C5ISR provider Remotely Piloted Solutions

MAG Aerospace, a US-based aerospace and defense company, has acquired Remotely Piloted Solutions (RPS), a provider of aviation services and mission solutions, for an undisclosed price.

The acquisition of the Dallas-based Remotely Piloted Solutions adds more than 300 C5ISR (Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) professionals to the existing team of experts of MAG Aerospace.

Remotely Piloted Solutions also offers a range of commercial solutions such as training, requirements and licensing consultation, thermal imaging, surveying, disaster and emergency response, infrastructure and emissions inspections, livestock monitoring, 3D and 4D mapping, and security.

MAG Aerospace, on the other hand, is said to offer full spectrum C5ISR Services and other specialty aviation services to centra governments, international, civilian, and commercial customers across the globe.
