Lyons Magnus, a portfolio company of Paine Schwartz Partners, has acquired TRU Aseptics, an aseptic manufacturer based in Beloit, Wisconsin, for an undisclosed price.
TRU Aseptics, which was founded in 2016 supplies liquid aseptic products to the retail, foodservice, and food ingredient markets.
Lyons Magnus, on the other hand, develops and manufactures fruit and flavor solutions for the foodservice, healthcare and dairy industries.

The portfolio will be marketed as Lyons TRU to Nature products, said Lyons Magnus.

“We look forward to working closely with Stacey and the TRU team to build upon TRU’s capabilities and offer customers products in this on-trend category to meet consumers’ demand for items such as plant-based milks and high-protein beverages.”
