Love struck Pakistani Seema Haider’s illegal entry into India ends in chaos

Pakistani national, Seema Ghulam Haider and her four children were detained while attempting to flee to Delhi, according to a statement made by Noida police on Tuesday.

Seema Haider had unlawfully entered India via Nepal to join her romantic interest, Sachin Meena, whom she met in 2019 while playing the online video game PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG).

Sachin Meena, who provided shelter to Seema and her children, was also arrested. He had reportedly introduced Seema to his father, indicating his intent to marry her. Seema agreed to adapt to the Indian way of life, a condition set by Sachin’s father for their marriage. However, legal complications arose due to her non-Indian citizenship, putting a halt to their marriage plans.
