CGI Advantage integrates seamlessly with other technologies like AWS and Salesforce, reducing manual processes and enabling real-time operations. The platform also supports the city’s 7,300 vendors through an online self-service portal, where they can manage accounts, track invoices, and participate in bidding processes.
