L’Oréal USA, the largest subsidiary of cosmetics giant L’Oréal Group, announced that it will open its second headquarters in El Segundo, California early next year.
The headquarters will be built on a 25-acre land, which was previously an aerospace manufacturing site. Planned to accommodate the company’s future growth plans, will have more than 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor workspaces.
A second company headquarters will enable L’Oréal USA to bring together teams from its California-based brands – NYX Professional Makeup, Pulp Riot, and Urban Decay, which are based currently in three different locations.
Additionally, the second headquarters of will L’Oréal USA will be home to the company’s first Professional Products Academy along the west coast.
The office space of L’Oréal USA second headquarters will be developed by Los Angeles landlord Hackman Capital Partners. Its architecture will be led by Blitz, an interior design studio.
The cosmetics manufacturer said that the workspace will feature amenities such as exclusive networking and collaboration spaces, and an indoor-outdoor work concept that will have expansive outdoor patios.
It will also be equipped with a wellness and exercise studio. Furthermore, it will house a company store to showcase products across its portfolio of brands.

For the record, L’Oréal USA main headquarters is located on the west side of Manhattan, which was opened in 2016.
