Lockmasters continues expansion with Allied Locksmith Supply acquisition

In a move to expand its product range and footprint in the locksmith industry, Lockmasters Inc., a portfolio company of Dominus Capital, has announced the acquisition of Allied Locksmith Supply for an undisclosed price.

Based in Youngstown, Ohio, Allied Locksmith Supply has been in operation for over 40 years, distributing about 9,000 automotive and commercial locksmith products, including automotive remote and transponder keys, locks, residential key blanks and accessories, and related products.

Lockmasters, a leading provider of proprietary products, educational training, and distribution of third-party combination locks, tools, and hardware to the government and security professional industry, has already integrated Allied’s operations into its headquarters in Nicholasville, Kentucky. This marks the second addition to Lockmasters under Dominus Capital’s ownership, a testament to their ongoing growth strategy.

Joe McCormack stated, “Now that all operations are integrated into Lockmasters and the product offerings have been made available on our e-commerce platform, we will be able to focus on delivering the best possible technical sales and rapid order fulfilment that customers have come to expect at both Lockmasters and Allied.”
