US homebuilding company Lennar has officially opened Manchester Estates, a new luxury townhome community in Zionsville, Indiana having a starting price of $290,000.

Manchester Estates is connected to the greater Indianapolis market through Interstates 65, 865, 465 and Highway 421, which are all said to be just minutes away. The townhome community is located near the Eagle Elementary School, Zionsville West Middle School, and Zionsville High School, part of the Zionsville School District.

According to Lenna, Manchester Estates has three, three-story floorplans on offer in the form of The Madison, Meridian III, and Talbott II.

Ranging from 2,073-2,295 square feet, each townhome is built with three bedrooms, two full baths, two half baths, and a two-car attached garage. Interiors comprise living, kitchen, and bedroom spaces, all of them offered in a contemporary, open concept design, as per the US homebuilding company.

Furthermore, the luxury townhomes are enhanced with upgrades like quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and Wi-Fi Certified home designs.

Apart from smart home technology and upgraded kitchens and baths, the townhomes are said to have features such as luxury vinyl plank flooring in main living areas and upgraded carpeting in bedrooms. Residents of Manchester Estates will also get weekly lawn maintenance and winter snow removal.
