Leavitt Insurance Services acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.

Global insurance brokerage Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Leavitt Insurance Services of Los Angeles, based in Woodland Hills, California.

The financial terms of the deal were not revealed.

Leavitt Insurance Services caters to clients in the Southwest US with commercial property/casualty insurance and employee benefits consulting.

According to Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Teri Frankel, Kenneth Blaich, and their team will continue to operate from their existing location. They will work under the leadership of Scott Firestone, who heads Gallagher’s Southwest region retail property/casualty brokerage operations, and Charlie Isaacs, who is the head of Gallagher’s West region employee benefits consulting operations.
