Larsen & Toubro Infotech forges multi-year collaboration with AWS

Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI), an Indian technology consulting and digital solutions provider, said that it has entered into a multi-year collaboration with (AWS).

The subsidiary has recently established a dedicated cloud unit for AWS for focusing on migration and modernization, data analytics, application workloads, and Internet of things (IoT).

Doug Yeum – Head of Global Partner Organization at Amazon Web Services said: “Through this collaboration, LTI will expand their AWS practice to serve global customers as they look to leverage AWS services to accelerate their digital transformation, innovate at a faster pace, and solve the most challenging business problems.”

Additionally, Larsen & Toubro Infotech will build accelerators and establish industry-focused cloud offerings for the banking and financial services, manufacturing, media and entertainment, retail and CPG, hi-tech, and insurance industries.

“The collaboration with AWS will help us achieve these objectives and accelerate our services and solutions to build, migrate, manage, operate, and optimize AWS environments and infrastructure of our clients.”

Larsen & Toubro Infotech claimed to have made considerable investment for gaining AWS expertise. The company is said to have achieved AWS competencies for DevOps, migration, financial services, data and analytics, Microsoft Workloads, machine learning, and SAP.

Last month, Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) announced that its digital banking platform will be deployed by Hoist Finance, a Swedish financial services company.
