The transaction is anticipated to finalize later this fall, increasing the number of outlets under Juniper Ventures to 67, with 49 of these sites to be operated directly by the company.

The newly acquired locations are Mini Mart stores scattered across Central Texas, specifically in the counties of Kerr, Kendall, Bandera, and Gillespie. These stores are expected to seamlessly integrate into the Juniper Ventures network, which primarily operates and Pit Stop Food Marts in the San Antonio area. The expansion reflects Juniper Ventures’ strategic initiative to enhance its market presence in one of the most dynamic and competitive retail fuel markets in the country.

Juniper Ventures of Texas LLC, established in 2018, has rapidly built a reputation in the retail fuel sector. With its operations predominantly focused around San Antonio, the company has successfully branded its convenience stores under Fischer’s Neighborhood Markets and Pit Stop Food Marts. Rodney Fischer, President of Juniper Ventures, expressed his enthusiasm about the expansion, highlighting the strategic importance of Central Texas as a growing market for convenience stores.
