Jones Lumber acquires Rives and Reynolds Lumber

Lumber industry news : Jones Lumber Company, a lumber store in Lynwood, California and a subsidiary of Jones Companies, has acquired Rives and Reynolds Lumber, a lumber mill in Natchez, Mississippi for an undisclosed price.

The acquisition of Rives and Reynolds Lumber is expected to enable Jones Lumber Company to widen its offerings through the addition of grade lumber to its production capabilities while opening up sales outside the US.

Jones Lumber has a number of locations across Mississippi, that are into building hardwood mats.  The addition of the Rives and Reynolds Lumber saw mill in Natchez will help Jones Lumber to grow its geographic presence while adding the grade lumber business.
