Jason Industries acquires Matchless Metal Polish Company

Wisconsin-based Jason Industries has acquired Matchless Metal Polish Company in an all-cash deal worth $5 million, in a move to further grow its polishing product line offerings across North America.

Established in 1885, Matchless Metal Polish Company offers a full range of metal finishing products and services. Included in these are buffing compounds, abrasives, buffing wheels, and chemicals.

Matchless Metal Polish Company, which has annual sales of around $8 million, will be integrated into the industrial segment of Jason Industries within Osborn.

According to Jason Industries, Osborn offers surface preparation and finishing, material and structural positioning, and cleaning and containment solutions. Its product lines include brushes, abrasives, polishing buffs and compounds, and roller technology.
