JanSan distributor Individual FoodService acquires Cole Supply

Individual FoodService (IFS), a distributor of foodservice disposables and janitorial and sanitation products (JanSan distributor), has acquired Cole Supply Company for an undisclosed price.

Cole Supply, which is based in Benicia, California, is engaged in distributing janitorial, cleaning and facility supplies.

The deal will grow the market presence of Individual FoodService across northern California while strengthening its JanSan business immediately due to Cole Supply’s expanded geographic reach, strong customer relationships, and extensive product and service offering.

In addition to that, Cole Supply’s clients will now get access to Individual FoodService’s portfolio of foodservice disposables, packaging, dry and canned goods.
