ITO Cementation India bags two orders worth Rs 585cr

ITO Cementation India Limited, a Mumbai-based construction engineering company, said that it has bagged a couple of orders with a combined worth of  INR 585 crore.

The first order is from Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation Limited. Under this contract, ITO Cementation India will be responsible for the development and construction of Dream City Depot.

According to ITO Cementation India, Dream City Depot contract includes Metro Bhavan and related electrical and mechanical works in connection with Surat Metro Rail Project, Phase-1.

The second contract is for providing military engineer services for the construction of Aero Space Museum at Air Force Station in Palam, Delhi.

The contract involves the construction of Aero Space Museum, installation of mechanical and electrical systems, rain water harvesting, digital lighting for auditorium and main museum, heating ventilation and air condition (HVAC) systems and related firefighting and fire hydrant systems among others.

In May 2021, ITO Cementation India had announced the completion of tunneling work by ITO – ITO Cem JV in Kolkata Metro East West Corridor with the breakthrough of TBM “Urvi” at Bowbazar in Kolkata.
