Isgec Heavy Engineering wins piping spools contract from Tata Projects

Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd. said that it has won an order for the fabrication of above ground piping spools from Tata Projects Limited, India.

The Noida-based heavy engineering company said that the piping spools contract is for one of the projects of national importance.

Isgec Heavy Engineering did not disclose the financial terms of the contract.

The broad scope of the contract includes manufacturing of over 115,000-inch shop fabricated piping spools of high-end metallurgies such as alloy steel, incoloy, and stainless steel for a major project in the hydrocarbon sector.

Earlier this month, Isgec Heavy Engineering announced that it had taken over the operation and maintenance of a 90MW cogeneration facility for a major alumina refinery in Odisha.
