Kevin Klein will remain in Three18 in an executive advisory capacity, and the remainder of the management team will continue in their current positions.

Kevin Klein said: “Three18 operates under the core belief that our clients are more interested in how technology advances their professional and personal lives than the technology itself. And that their mission is our mission.

“Having gotten to know Interlaced over the past several years (sharing ideas, partnering on IT opportunities that aligned to our different geographies, skills, etc.), it became obvious that Interlaced shares Three18’s core values too. And this made joining forces an easy and obvious choice as we continue with our shared vision for our clients to feel that Three18 is a trusted part of their team and their success.”

According to Interlaced, the acquisition of Three18 provides additional geographic coverage. Besides, it gives the teams of both Three18 and Interlaced access to greater layers of technical know-how.

Interlaced indicated that Three18 is the largest acquisition it has ever made. A portfolio company of Evergreen Services Group and the Executech Family of Companies, Interlaced plans to continue looking for deals with firms that promote the importance of a culture that promotes client success and the development of employees.
