Integrity Marketing Group acquires Medicare Advantage Specialists

Integrity Marketing Group, a distributor of life and health insurance products to the US Senior Market, has wrapped up the acquisition of Medicare Advantage Specialists, as per the latest insurance acquisition news.

Financial terms of the deal were not revealed.

Headquartered in Hoover, Alabama, Medicare Advantage Specialists is an insurance marketing organization. Under the terms of the deal, Jerry Klamer, the President and CEO of Medicare Advantage Specialists will become an owner in Integrity Marketing Group.

Medicare Advantage Specialists, which was established in 2004, is said to be one of the leading players in the medicare insurance market.

Apart from offering a comprehensive range of Medicare Advantage products, the insurance organization provides final expense, dental/vision/hearing, prescription drug plans, supplemental health insurance, life insurance, and also annuities.

The acquisition of Medicare Advantage Specialists will be the 24th for Integrity Marketing Group in the last couple of years, said the latter’s chairman Steve Young.
