Inszone Insurance Services acquires Lamb, Little & Co.

Inszone Insurance Services, a US-based provider of benefits, personal and commercial lines insurance, has acquired Illinois-based Lamb, Little & Co. for an undisclosed price.

The acquisition is expected to widen the US presence of Inszone Insurance Services by including Illinois apart from further developing its footprint in the Midwest region.

Lamb, Little & Co was founded originally in 1947, under the name McCormick, Beatty, Lamb & Fergus. It was reorganized in 1950, and since then has been operating as Lamb, Little & Co.
