The Hilb Group (THG) has acquired Benefit Foundations and recruited employee benefits insurance specialist – Patrick Grant.

The deal became effective on 1 May 2021, said the Virginia-based property and casualty and employee benefits insurance brokerage and advisory firm.

Hilb Group said that Patrick Grant will join the company’s New Agency Partners office in Parsippany, New Jersey. He will continue to cater to his clients with additional support from the team of specialists at New Agency Partners.

Patrick Grant is expected to provide his deep expertise in employee benefits and additional production talent to Hilb Group’s team. His addition will complement and bolster the employee benefits capabilities of Hilb Group in the Tri-State Region.
