Infrastructure EPC firm KEC International bags new orders worth Rs 1,407cr

KEC International said that it has bagged new orders of INR 1,407 crores across its transmission and distribution (T&D), civil, railways, and cables businesses.

The Indian infrastructure engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company, which is part of the RPG Group, won orders for a couple of transmission and distribution projects in the Middle East. These include 400kV transmission lines, which are part of the Kuwait – Saudi Arabia interconnection project, and a 380kV transmission line in Saudi Arabia.

KEC International said that its civil business won an order for constructing official quarters and related facilities in India for senior government officials.

Its railways business bagged a contract in a consortium for signaling and telecommunication works of Train Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) under ‘Kavach’ in India.

KEC International’s cables business, on the other hand, won orders for different types of cables in India and abroad.
