Infosys wraps up acquisition of oddity in Germany

Infosys has wrapped up the previously announced acquisition of German digital marketing, experience, and commerce agency oddity.

The deal was announced last month by the Indian IT giant, which did not reveal the financial terms.

According to Infosys, the acquisition further bolsters its creative, branding, and experience design capabilities.

oddity is said to come with a comprehensive service portfolio made up of digital-first brand management and communication, in-house production that includes virtual and augmented reality, e-commerce services, experience design, and its metaverse-ready set-up in Europe.

The German firm will become part of WONGDOODY, an Infosys company, and together will help global CMOs, and businesses excel in a digital commerce world with complementary skills as well as expertise.
