Infosys to upskill employees in partnership with Kellogg School of Management
Infosys has forged a global collaboration with US-based Northwestern University‘s Kellogg School of Management with an aim to expedite artificial intelligence (AI) education and workforce development for the employees of the Indian IT company.
A three-year agreement has been signed by Infosys and Kellogg School of Management for upskilling over 600 of the former’s employees working on AI-related projects with advanced AI frameworks under the ‘AI Applications for Growth’ course. The objective of the initiative is to provide real-time value to client projects.
‘AI Applications for Growth’ is an immersive and customized course for eight weeks for Infosys employees around the world. It is expected to strengthen their capabilities to identify as well as solve problems of clients in an innovative and agile way.
The course will be held in a couple of modules every year. It will feature capstone projects, live and interactive teaching, peer learning discussions, active feedback sessions, hands-on exercises, and weekly assignments that will be based on real-time client engagements.

According to Infosys, the program will touch AI frameworks like AI radar, AI capability maturity model and AI Canvas across 20 plus industries. A certificate from Kellogg School of Management will be provided to the trainees.

“First, it is a true omnichannel learning experience that blends asynchronous and synchronous modalities.
“Second, it combines the benefits of an open enrollment executive program where participants can learn from peers from other industries, with the benefits of custom executive education through the Infosys-specific live sessions and capstone projects overseen by Kellogg faculty. We are excited to co-create this innovative initiative with Infosys.”
