Infosys to help soft drinks manufacturer Britvic in digital transformation

Indian IT services provider Infosys said that it has been selected by European soft drinks manufacturer Britvic to expedite its digital strategy.

In the role of a strategic end-to-end partner, Infosys will help Britvic deliver its strategic transformation roadmap and operations, across applications, cloud infrastructure, end user computing, and service management.

Neal Johnson – IT Director Operations and Infrastructure at Britvic said: “Britvic’s aim is to be the most dynamic, creative and admired soft drinks company in the world which means IT needs to transform the way service and operations are delivered – with Infosys we have a strategic partner to take our operations to the next level by leveraging automation and digitalisation, thereby, offering a seamless digital experience for our enterprise users.

For fulfilling the business goals and strategic digital transformation roadmap of the soft drinks manufacturer, Infosys will offer end-to-end IT services and deliver a technology-driven approach.

Besides, the Indian IT services provider will simplify and optimize Britvic’s cloud infrastructure and operations by making use of Infosys Cobalt while enhancing service delivery by using analytics, automation, and process maturity.
