Infosys partners with Sector Alarm for cloud-based ERP transformation

Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, today revealed a strategic five-year collaboration with Sector Alarm, a top provider backed by global investment firm KKR. This partnership focuses on transforming Sector Alarm’s core enterprise business systems to a cloud-based platform using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O).

Sector Alarm, renowned for its comprehensive security solutions, is transitioning from disparate on-premises (ERP) systems to a unified cloud-based system. This shift, facilitated by , aims to modernize the company’s financial and business operating models, enhance customer retention, and streamline business processes across multiple European nations, including Norway, Sweden, Finland, Italy, and France.

Lorenzo Bianchi, Chief Officer at Sector Alarm, emphasized the strategic importance of this partnership, stating, “Infosys’ expertise will give us the scalability and operational efficiency needed to seamlessly scale our business and reach new heights.”

Infosys was selected for this project due to its proven expertise in the Nordics, experience with private equity customers, and its deep knowledge in cloud-powered ERP transformations. The project will utilize Infosys Cobalt—a comprehensive set of services, solutions, and platforms designed to accelerate enterprise cloud journeys.
