This partnership is set to consolidate, harmonize, and modernize TK Elevator’s digital landscape, focusing on continuous innovation and transformation of the company’s application and IT environment through an AI-first strategy, utilizing Infosys Topaz.

The collaboration will see the two companies working together to transition operations of all TK Elevator’s business applications across North America and major markets in Europe to Infosys. Key Deliverables and Technologies

Infosys will leverage its Live Enterprise Application Management Platform (LEAP), part of Infosys Cobalt, to deliver a user-centric, business outcome-driven solution for application management. Additionally, Infosys will lead the Software-defined Wide Area Network (SD WAN) transformation and operations, along with managing the existing Service Desk, Data Center, Cloud, LAN, and Workplace services.
