Infosys Foundation funds Rs 27cr grant to enhance Ashoka University’s chemical biology lab

The partnership involves a substantial grant of INR 27 crore dedicated to upgrading the university’s Chemical Biology Lab into a world-class facility. The newly upgraded Advanced Chemical Biology Lab at Ashoka University will be equipped with state-of-the-art instruments such as Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), Scanning Electron Microscopy-Energy Dispersive X-ray Analysis (SEM-EDAX), High-Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy (HRTEM), Imaging Mass Cytometry, and Spatial Nucleic Acid Hybridization System. These advancements will provide students with hands-on experience using cutting-edge technology, significantly enhancing their skills and broadening the scope of scientific research projects in .
