Infosys extends strategic collaboration with Posti, driving AI-powered logistics transformation

A key component of this renewed collaboration is the implementation of Infosys Topaz, an AI-first platform designed to bring solutions to the forefront of Posti’s operations. Infosys Topaz harnesses generative AI technologies to automate complex tasks, improve decision-making, and provide predictive insights into supply chain management. These capabilities are expected to enhance Posti’s operational efficiency by optimising logistics operations, reducing downtime, and improving customer service delivery.

Infosys Topaz not only boosts efficiency but also elevates innovation across Posti’s IT infrastructure. The platform integrates machine learning algorithms to automate workflows and enable predictive maintenance, which is critical in preventing potential disruptions.
