Infosys CSR unit supports Mysuru with three infrastructure projects

Infosys said that its philanthropic and CSR division — Infosys Foundation has inaugurated three infrastructure development projects across Mysuru in Karnataka.

According to the Indian IT company, the CSR unit had helped in the rejuvenation of the Hebbal Lake and Sewage Treatment Plant construction with INR 107 crores.

The other project is helping Mysuru in the construction of the Gorilla Enclosures I and II at the Sri Chamarajendra Zoo in Mysuru with an amount of INR 7.3 crores.

The three projects were inaugurated virtually by Dr. Goutham Bagadi, DC – Mysuru, and Infosys Foundation Chairperson Sudha Murty.

Sudha Murty said: “Infosys Foundation has always embraced its responsibility to create a positive impact on the environment and the communities it works in. We are happy to complete these infrastructure projects in Mysuru and are grateful to the Government of Karnataka for their support in this endeavor.”
