This extensive project involved the migration of over 300 applications to a new greenfield technology environment, ensuring zero business disruption for more than 4,000 users across over 100 sites. The migrated applications now reside in a leading sustainable and energy-efficient data center and public cloud, reflecting a strong commitment to modernizing the technology landscape and adopting a cloud-first strategy. The transition has not only modernized Team Global Express’s infrastructure but has also reduced the technical debt from its parent organization.
