Infosys announces resignation of company president Mohit Joshi

Indian IT company Infosys has announced that its incumbent President Mohit Joshi has tendered his resignation without specifying any reason in a statement to stock exchanges.

Effective from today, Mohit Joshi will be considered on leave and his last date with Infosys will be 9 June 2023.

Infosys said that its board of directors placed on record their profound sense of appreciation for the services provided by Mohit Joshi and for his contributions to the business.

Mohit Joshi will take over as CEO and managing director of Tech Mahindra for a five-year tenure that is slated to begin on 20 December 2023.
