Info Edge to invest Rs 91cr in dating platforms operator Aisle Network

Info Edge (India) Ltd, the owner of Naukri.com, said that it has invested nearly INR 91 crores in Aisle Network Private Limited, which operates various dating platforms on the web through its mobile apps Aisle, Anbe, HeyDil, and Arike.

The Naukri.com owner will get a 76% stake in Aisle Network Private Limited, whose dating platforms enable users in browsing through profiles of other users with the intention of finding their suitable partner.

Info Edge (India) will acquire 21,483 shares made up of 11,699 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) and 9,784 equity shares through mix of primary infusion and secondary purchase.

Founded in 2014, Aisle Network Private Limited had a turnover of INR 7.56 crores in 2020-2021.
