Indian IT firm Mastek announces Hiral Chandrana as global CEO

Mastek, an Indian IT company, said that it has appointed Hiral Chandrana, an ex-senior executive at Wipro as its global CEO.

Hiral Chandrana, who is said to have led and grown of businesses, will be based out of the US.

He has more than 25 years of global experience in IT services and solutions across a diverse range of industries. Apart from Wipro, Hiral Chandrana worked in progressive business roles at Electronic Data Systems (now part of DXC Technology).

In his last role during a 14-year tenure at Wipro, the new Mastek CEO was the Senior Vice President and Global Head, Business Application Services where he had transformed the Applications business to Digital. Additionally, he is said to have driven strategic cloud partnerships and mergers and acquisitions.

Hiral Chandrana had done MS and MBA from the US after graduating in Mechanical Engineering in .
