Jeli.io, an incident management platform established by former Netflix and Slack engineer Nora Jones, has announced an expanded partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Now available on AWS Marketplace, Jeli.io is simplifying subscription purchases for customers who can seamlessly integrate them into their AWS account and billing process.
AWS customers can use existing AWS credits to purchase Jeli.io directly or via AWS Private Offers. For those enlisted in AWS Enterprise Contracts, Jeli.io subscriptions can be acquired using pre-established, pre-approved enterprise licensing terms, further streamlining procurement.
Jeli.io’s suite of tools includes the Incident Response Bot (IR Bot), the Narrative Builder, People View, and the Incident Analysis platform. The IR Bot aids in workflow streamlining, communication automation, and task management, while the Narrative Builder allows team members to tag, categorize, and comment on incident timelines. People View visualizes team involvement in various incidents over time, and the Incident Analysis platform amalgamates systems and personnel involved in incident response to provide clear, actionable insights.
These tools collectively assist organizations in identifying stress patterns, making data-driven decisions, and proactively addressing incident contributing factors. The overall goal is to transition from reactive to proactive responses, minimizing future incidents’ impact through continuous improvement.
“AWS users want a platform that helps them effectively respond to incidents in a repeatable, reliable way,” said Nora Jones, CEO, and Founder of Jeli.io. “We’re excited to be formally listed on the AWS Marketplace so that customers have a seamless experience adopting and integrating Jeli into their existing workflows.”
