Impact Healthcare REIT acquires three care homes in UK for £14.3m

Impact Healthcare REIT, a UK-based , said that it has acquired three care homes for £14.3 million.

The real estate investment trust has purchased two properties in this regard that have existing tenants. These include the in Kilmarnock, Scotland for an amount of £3.25 million and a couple of care homes in , which were leased to Electus Healthcare. The acquisition cost for these two care homes is £11.02 million.

According to , the acquired three care homes are made up of 208 beds. These increase Impact Healthcare REIT’s care homes to 112 and beds to 6,191 beds.

As of 30 September 2021, the real estate investment trust had 108 homes and 5,900 beds. The acquisition will increase its contracted annual rent roll to £35.5 million.
