The list of value-added services features incorporation of trade business, access to the global trade databases that include close to 15 million sellers and buyers across 181 nations, verification reports of prospective customers by reputable credit bureaus, logistic solutions for booking of shipments, and tracking the last mile as well as insurance services such as marine insurance, which are all accessible through a single window.
ICICI Bank said that the services under the Trade Emerge platform are provided through partners who are experts in their respective fields.
Vishakha Mulye — Executive Director of ICICI Bank said: “The ‘Trade Emerge’ portal offers a comprehensive digital suite of various banking and value-added services to the companies engaged in export and import.
“The objective of this initiative is to increase efficiency and productivity of exporters and importers decongesting the time-taking physical procedures. “The benefit of this platform is available to all exporters and importers, even if they are not customers of ICICI Bank.”
