Hub acquires Florida-based Leading Edge and affiliates

Global insurance brokerage Hub International has acquired the assets of Leading Edge Benefit Advisors, Raimey, Leading Edge Human Resource Services, Leading Edge Companies, Leading Edge Financial Group, Leading Edge Retirement Plan Advisors, and Leading Edge Wealth Advisors (collectively, Leading Edge).

The financial terms of the deal were not revealed.

Leading Edge, which is based in Fort Myers, Florida, is said to be a specialist in employee benefits and retirement planning and also wealth management solutions.

Its founder and managing member Donald C. Raimey Jr. and managing partner Kerri Sisson will continue to support the business and its clients, said Hub International. The duo will report to Scott Millson, who is Hub Florida President of Employee Benefits.
