Hinduja Global Solutions inaugurates multilingual CX hub in Barranquilla, Colombia

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), an India-based provider of digital consumer experience (CX), business process management (BPM), and digital media services, has inaugurated its new multilingual CX hub in Barranquilla, Colombia.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by Group CEO Partha DeSarkar and various government dignitaries.

Currently, the CX hub employs over 150 individuals, with plans to expand the workforce to over 300 by the end of 2023. Initially beginning operations in a co-working space in November 2022, the hub supports clients with CX requirements in English, Spanish, and Portuguese languages. Situated in Barranquilla, a city on Colombia’s northern coast, the hub serves clients primarily in the logistics and consumer industries, with prospects for extending its services to other clients in the future.

The inauguration event was attended by the city’s Mayor, Jaime Pumarejo, Procolombia’s Senior Investment Advisor Daniel Aranguren Casas, Hinduja Global Solutions Group CEO Partha DeSarkar, and other officials of the company.

With its multitude of advantages, including a high-quality multilingual talent pool, numerous universities, and time zone compatibility with North American markets, Colombia is steadily establishing itself as a desirable nearshore location for CX services. Hinduja Global Solutions asserts that its new hub in Barranquilla will significantly enhance its CX capabilities to meet the demands of its growing multilingual clientele globally.
