Hilb Group acquires Massachusetts-based P&C agency Forrest Insurance

The Hilb Group has acquired Forrest Insurance Agency, a property and casualty (P&C) agency based in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, for an undisclosed price.

The acquisition is said to broaden the P&C offerings and footprint in New England for the Virginia-based insurance brokerage.

Forrest Insurance Agency specializes in home, business, and auto insurance.

Its principals — Larry Forrest and Michael Forrest along with their team of insurance professionals will work under Hilb Group’s New England regional operations.
