Hilb Group acquires Massachusetts-based King and Cushman Agency

The Hilb Group has acquired King and Cushman Agency, an insurance agency based in Northampton, Massachusetts, for an undisclosed price.

The deal is said to further grow the footprint of Hilb Group across New England.

King and Cushman Agency is claimed to have served the region for almost 100 years. The insurance agency is focused on property and casualty offerings for their clients in commercial as well as personal lines.

Scott King, the principal of King and Cushman Agency, and his insurance professionals’ team will join the New England regional operations of Hilb Group.
