Hilb Group acquires Eldredge & Lumpkin Insurance Agency in Massachusetts

The Hilb Group (THG), a US middle market insurance agency, has acquired Massachusetts-based Eldredge & Lumpkin Insurance Agency (E&L) for an undisclosed price, as per the latest insurance acquisition news.

The deal became effective on 1 July 2020, said The Hilb Group.

Headquartered in Chatham, Eldredge & Lumpkin Insurance Agency is a full service insurance agency, which mainly offers property and casualty insurance for personal lines to customers across Massachusetts.

The team of Eldredge & Lumpkin Insurance Agency, including its owners Alan Long and Pat Long will join The Hilb Group of New England and continue to operate from their existing base.
