HG Infra Engineering declared L-1 bidder for Ircon project

HG Infra Engineering (HGINFRA), an Indian construction engineering company, in a regulatory filing, stated that it has been declared as L-1 bidder for a civil works contract by Ircon International (formerly Indian Railway Construction), and a Government of India Undertaking.

The order for the INR713.7 crore project includes earthwork for railway formation, minor and major bridges, blanketing work, ROB, RUBs, track-linking, FOBs, station building and other service buildings, and also staff quarters.

HG Infra Engineering bid INR784.99 crore for the contract.

Its civil works contract also includes platform works like general electrical works to be executed between Gevra Road to Sendurgarh double line and Urga to Kusmunda single line. This is in connection with the construction of New BG Electrified Double Railway Line for the Chhattisgarh East West Rail Corridor located from Gevra Road to Pendra Road via Dipka, Kathghora, Sendurgarh and Pasan in Chhattisgarh over South East central Railway.
