Hero MotoCorp unveils new Passion+ motorcycle, merging style, comfort, and technology
Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, introduced the new Passion+ motorcycle as part of its product revitalization strategy.
Available at dealerships across India for INR 76,301/- (Ex-Showroom, Delhi), the new Passion+ caters to evolving customer preferences by merging style, comfort, and convenience.
The Passion+ builds on the iconic brand Passion’s strong legacy, refreshing its youthful design while enhancing utility and comfort for riders. It embodies nostalgia with a contemporary twist, sporting a bigger, fuller image, stylish graphics, and a chrome finish on the handle, muffler cover, and utility case. The signature dual-tone design echoes the contemporary styling aspirations of the iconic motorcycle.
The new motorcycle integrates comfort and convenience with the segment’s biggest utility case, providing ample storage space for riders. The Digi Analogue cluster combines features such as an i3S button, side-stand indicator, speedometer, trip meter, odometer, fuel gauge, headlight indicators, and turn indicators for easy reading. An integrated mobile charging port adds to the riders’ convenience by allowing on-the-go charging.
Superior ergonomics and a plush, low-saddle seat (790mm) ensure high-level comfort and accessibility for riders and pillions. The relaxed ergonomic triangle further enhances riding comfort, offering an active and comfortable seating position at all times.
The new Passion+ is equipped with a highly reliable and fuel-efficient 100cc BS-VI and OBD-2 phase A compliant engine, producing a power output of 5.9 kW at 8000 rpm and torque of 8.05 NM at 6000 rpm. The patented i3S technology offers improved fuel efficiency, delivering on the brand’s promise of performance and comfort.
To cater to different personalities, the new Passion+ comes in three color schemes — Sports Red with Black, Black with Nexus Blue, and Black with Heavy Grey.
