Hempsana to manufacture Cream of the Crop Terpene Rich Relief Cream

Hempsana Holdings said that it has forged a custom manufacturing deal with Cream of the Crop Therapeutics to launch the latter’s Terpene Rich formulated product.

As per the agreement terms, the Canada-based Hempsana will exclusively manufacture Cream of the Crop Therapeutics’ Terpene Rich Relief Cream.

The cannabinoid derivatives manufacturer will be responsible for supplying cannabis extracts, filling, packaging, and manufacturing services.

It will earn a predetermined wholesale price as a fee for the manufacturing, shipping, and sale of the Terpene Rich Relief Cream. Additionally, Hempsana will be paid a brokerage fee on monthly revenue.

Cream of the Crop Therapeutics will get revenue following the sale of products to the multiple provincial cannabis regulators.

Based in Ontario, Cream of the Crop Therapeutics is a boutique brand focused on cannabis products made up of cannabinoids and other plant components in Terpene Rich formulations.
