In a latest legal development, the Supreme Court of India dismissed the interim bail petition of former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren. The decision came after the Jharkhand High Court had already issued its verdict regarding Soren’s arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case linked to an alleged land scam.
