HCL Technologies said that it has been selected by Canadian telecommunications company Rogers Communications for expanding support of operational stability excellence in business as well as operational support systems and corporate IT systems.
The Indian IT services provider said that the new multi-year agreement consolidates its managed services partnership with Rogers Communications that started in 2016.

“We are pleased to renew and expand our strategic partnership with HCL to help support our customers.”
The expanded contract will enable the Indian IT company to invest in the next generation of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning for allowing best practices, fast track efficiencies, and give the required flexibility to Rogers Communications for harnessing the new era of digital technologies and 5G.
Anil Ganjoo — HCL Technologies Corporate Vice President said: “In line with HCL’s vision, this new chapter in our relationship with Rogers is an affirmation of our strategy in responding to customers’ digital transformation journeys.
