HCL Technologies to help Rogers Communications in operational stability

HCL Technologies said that it has been selected by Canadian telecommunications company for expanding support of operational stability excellence in business as well as operational support systems and corporate IT systems.

The Indian IT services provider said that the new multi-year agreement consolidates its managed services partnership with Rogers Communications that started in 2016.

HCL Technologies will help scale the Canadian firm’s shifting of the IT infrastructure and workloads to the current private and public cloud infrastructure, support the operations of the enterprise, and serve as the ongoing managed services provider.
