HCL Technologies to help Novo Nordisk in IT transformation

HCL Technologies said that it has been roped in by Danish pharma company Novo Nordisk for providing global service desk and on-site support to the latter.

As part of the partnership, the Indian firm will help Novo Nordisk in the transformation of its IT operations and develop world-class end-user experiences and propel efficiency across its workforce.

HCL Technologies said that it will implement a multilingual and omnichannel digital workplace solution for the Danish pharma company.

The Indian IT company will use the knowledge-centred service (KCS) methodology and its automation and self-service capabilities to support over 48,000 end-users in 20 languages, in 58 countries, and provide on-site IT services throughout the US, Europe, and Asia.
