HCL Technologies has signed a five-year agreement to deliver digital transformation and managed services to The Mosaic Company, a US-based producer of phosphate and potash.
As per the agreement, the Indian IT services company will handle and transform the global application and infrastructure environments of Mosaic to boost its agility and ability to bring growth in the marketplace.
In this connection, HCL Technologies will utilize a scaled Agile/DevSecOps delivery model for North America and South America for delivering process-led transformative services in applications, infrastructure, and business analytics environments.
Jeff Wysocki – CIO of Mosaic said: “Our partnership with HCL will allow Mosaic to create a stronger digital and analytics foundation to accelerate the ROI for key enterprise transformation priorities through innovation, insights, speed, and scale.”
The Indian IT services company said that the partnership with the phosphate and potash producer leverages on the former’s strong focus on agriculture, mining, and chemical segments.
Additionally, Mosaic is expected to benefit from HCL Technologies’ footprint in the Latin American market where it will be able to implement go-to-market models for various segments, which include B2B and B2C firms.

Earlier this week, HCL Technologies said that it had enabled oil and giant BP in establishing a modern digital workplace.
